HOW TO BUY

For shopping at Fine.am, you should be registered. Here, you can find the detailed information about the registration.

To buy a product you should:            

1. Choose the product:

You can choose product either by searching or via four main menus: Computers & office electronics, Mobile and comunications, TV, Video & entertainment and Home applience. Using the filters on the left, you can easily find the preferred product. Any product group can be filtered according to the manufacturer, price and its main atributes. After choosing the product, you should click on “Detailed” button to see detailed information about the product. By clicking on “Add to Cart” button the product will be added to the shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

2․ Process the order:

To process the order, you should click on “My cart” in the upper right corner. You will be able to view and edit the products in the shopping cart after which you should click on “Place Order Now”. If there is no need of editing, you can click on “Checkout” in the upper right corner. After it, the payment window will appear and you will be asked to fill in your payment card details. If the required information is filled correctly, the order will be processed and you will receive an email confirming that we receivee your order. Since you may order goods that should be imported, we need time to process and confirm  your order. A while after the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the order acceptance. It may be that you ordered such items that are not available at this time. In that case, we will contact you to ask whether you agree that the order to be shipped partially. The amount of unsent goods will be returned to your card account immediately.

3․ Receiving the order:

You will receive an email confirming the delivery of your order. The ordered products are delivered to the address you mentioned. You can find the detailed information about the delivery terms and conditions here. Upon getting the product you should check its appearance, quantity and sign the receipt. The passport or other identification documents of the person who made the order may be requested. In case of legal entity, we will provide an invoice, on which a stamp should be put or it should be approved electronically. The courier has right not to deliver the product, if any of the conditions above are not sutisfied.
